Refurbished HDTV
So what's the difference between a used HDTV and a refurbished HDTV? Well there is quite a bit! First of all, if you are buying someone's used telelvision, you don't know what has happened to it. There might be food stuck in the vents at the back. It might have been dropped and has only a few weeks of life left in it. But a refurbished TV is an all together different animal.
When an HDTV is serviced for resale, the refurbishing process will make it almost like new again. The technician will take apart the entire set piece by piece, checking for any obviously broken or worn parts. The electronics will be cleaned and tested professionally. When the servicing is done, you are left with a television that will last for years to come. If you can stand a few tiny blemishes or scratches on your HDTV, you can save hundreds of dollars.

Now, nearly the [...] - Gefen Levels the Audio Field
